(current Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation) and Yawata Welding Electrode Co., Ltd.(current Nippon Steel & Sumikin Welding Co., Ltd.)with a view to launching a steel hardfacing business. (Capital 5 million yen: Kitakyusyu-city, Fukuoka Pref.)
